I Care - Lifeline Vascular

This design was created for Lifeline Vascular Access Center to centralize and combine their core values. Lifeline Vascular Care creates joint venture relationships with physician partners to acquire existing centers, or develop de novo EOPs and multi-specialty ASCs. Lifeline, the industry leading management company, manages the centers and provides the clinical and operational expertise to allow the physicians to focus solely on providing the best possible care for the patient. Their goal is to improve the delivery and coordination of care to patients throughout the United States by partnering with world class physicians.

The ICARE program was implemented at Lifeline Vascular to develop a values-driven culture that helps our team stay focused on our goal of leveraging our management expertise while partnering with quality of care for patients.
