Meet Your Advising Team

The design layout for the "Meet Your Advising Team" presentation aims to create a welcoming and professional environment. It introduces the advising team with clarity and elegance, emphasizing their expertise and approachability to foster trust and engagement.

Each team is divided by color. The color themes are used to represent the Universities colors of MAVroon, Gold, and Black. Coupled with the colors the information is defined and contrasted using white boxes to highlight hierarchy and the necessary information that a student would need. The CMU Tech branch meet your advisor and Engineering advising department are separate from the other three advising departments but are still apart of the same University branch which is why they are designed in tandem with the other flyers. The Engineering advisor flyer uses both CMU and CU Boulder colors to represent the merging collaboration of each University.

The images include high-quality, professional headshots of each advising team member. The use of uniform backgrounds are used to maintain a cohesive look. This ensures the photos are well-lit and present each advisor in a friendly, approachable manner. The IRIS department logo is used to show the advisors under a uniformed department. The simple, relevant icons for contact information, such as email and phone symbols are subtle but align with the overall professional aesthetic.

The design should project a sense of professionalism while remaining approachable and welcoming. By combining clear typography, a harmonious color palette, and well-organized sections, the layout effectively introduces the advising team, making it easy for users to get to know their advisors and feel confident in their support and how to reach them with ease.
